Terms of Service

Last updated 18 October 2026. These terms are a plain-language summary of the deal and are intended to be read in full before you pay. They are not legal advice, and you should have a lawyer review them before you rely on them for your own business.

1. What is being sold

A position on a public leaderboard, determined solely by the amount paid, together with a listing containing a title, a short description and an outbound link. No traffic, ranking, conversion or SEO outcome is sold or guaranteed.

2. Payment

Payments are processed by Dodo Payments. Prices are in US dollars. A listing becomes visible once payment confirms. If payment confirms and the listing does not appear, the payment is refunded in full. Once a listing is live, payments are non-refundable.

3. Your content

You confirm you have the right to list the site or handle you submit, and that it is not malware, fraud, illegal in its place of operation, or sexual content involving minors. Listings breaching this are removed without refund.

4. Position is not permanent

Any other buyer may pay more and rank above you at any time. That is the entire product and is not a defect.

5. Published numbers

Traffic and revenue figures shown on this site are read from our database. Figures marked as projections are estimates and are not representations of fact. We do not warrant future traffic.

6. Liability

The service is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve months before the claim.

7. Changes

These terms may change. Changes are not retroactive: the terms in force when you paid govern that payment.
