Every ranking you read online is sold. The affiliate list, the “top 10 tools” post, the review site with a sponsored tier — someone paid, and the page pretends they did not.

PaidRank is the same thing with the pretending removed. Rank is what you paid. The price of the top spot is printed at the top of the page, the amount behind every position is printed next to it, and the whole board is one number sorted descending.

Why anyone would pay

Because a public price is a signal. A founder who puts real money on a public board is saying something a free directory listing cannot, and the people who read boards like this know it. You also get a link, a listing page, and a click count you can check against your own analytics.

What we promise

Only what we can measure. The visitor and revenue numbers on this site come straight from the database and are published in full, every day, on the live stats page — including bad days. If a number on this site is a projection, it is labelled as one and shows its arithmetic.

Who built it

A small independent project, run in the open. The first listing on the board is ResumeBay at $1 — the founding claim, paid and recorded like any other.
